Britannia Villas is a 90-acre estate at the Hyatt Resort on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman,
approximately three miles from Georgetown Airport. 

The property's amenities include
the beach, 18-hole golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus), pro shop, swimming pools,
snorkeling, and scuba diving.  Red Sail Sports is the resort's exclusive diving and watersport
center.  A wide variety of beach toys are found at the beach club and at Rum Point, including
wave runners, water skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, and more.  Instruction is available. 
The Spirit of Ppalu, a luxury 65-foot catamaran, offers lunch snorkel sails to the famous
Stingray City, cocktail sunset cruises, and romantic dinner sails.  There are various
restaurants on property, including Hemingway's Beach Club (open-air dining with beach views
and seafood and West Indian dishes)and the pool bar at Aquas Pool ( a third-acre, freeform
swimming pool with a swim-up bar and 15-person jacuzzi). There are lighted tennis courts, a
health club, a beauty salon, a beauty spa, an art gallery, and boutique shops. 

The 1,2
and 3 bedroom villas feature A/C, cable TVs, telephones, kitchens, hairdryers, irons, and
views of either the golf course or the waterway, which leads to the North Sound. Daily
housekeeping is included (except Sundays and Cayman holidays).

The Brittannia check-in office is currently off property. check-in
office hours are Mon-Fri 11-5PM and Saturday, 11-2PM. Guests are issued keys and ID for usage
of resort amenities; credit must be established for use at bar, spa, Red Sail Sport, and Rum
Point. Upon departure, please secure all windows, doors, and leave keys on the counter.
