The Firefly Cottages in Negril, across the street and a few minutes' walk from the beach, are
family-owned and operated. The hotel has 19 suites and cottages for two to eight guests each.
Because each suite and cottage varies slightly in location and amenities, the hotel staff will
be happy to describe each one via telephone or email. 

For recreation, options abound.
First, there??s the beach across the street with plenty of watersports. The hotel will help
you find and arrange transportation for tours around the island and beyond--like Kingston or a
crocodile safari. 

For exercise, the nearby Swept Away Sports Complex offers guests day
passes for a fee. If you'd rather relax closer to your cottage, stroll through the gardens
filled with tropical flowers, fruit trees, and singing birds. The hotel's outdoor Jacuzzi
(also clothing-optional) offers a place to unwind. The popular beach bar serves up tropical
drinks and is the site of much activity during the weekly beach party that the staff throws
exclusively for guests. 

For dining, kitchenettes make dining in the privacy of your
cottage convenient. Many restaurants, from cheap to expensive, are a short walk from the
hotel. After dinner, guests can find nightlife in the town's two discos or head 15 minutes on
foot down the beach for one of the frequent beach concerts. Hotel services include babysitting
and laundry.

Rooms are suites, one or two-bedroom apartments, cozy cottages, or
studios. Most have air-conditioning and all have ceiling fan, verandah or patio, and
kitchenette.
