The elegant Royal Palms Hotel & Restaurant, situated on a tree-lined lane near Hamilton, offers
the best of Bermudian hospitality. Your hosts are Richard Smith and Susan Weare, the
brother-and-sister team who own and manage the estate. They graciously welcome you to be their
guest in one of two pink, turn-of-the-century manor houses or in the estate's quaint,
white-roofed cottages. All are nestled in luxuriant, tranquil gardens where you may enjoy the
sun from lawn chairs or on the terrace beside a secluded pool. You may wish to relax or chat
with other guests on the veranda or in the intimate restaurant lounge. Ascots, one of the
Island's finest restaurants, serves lunch and dinner in antique-appointed dining rooms or
outdoors where tree frogs serenade at night.

Superior Room:Comfortable intimate room, individually decorated, perfect for couples or
singles - Garden View.  Max occupancy 2.

Deluxe:Spacious bedrooms with a full bath, individually decorated some room are
able to connect - request king or double beds at time of booking.  Max
occupancy 4.

Superior Suite:Ground level entrance near pool and gardens. Unit includes living room,
kitchenette with frig, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, china,
cutlery and cooking utensils.  Max occupancy 4.

Superior Mini Suite:Spacious bedroom with kitchenette perfect for singles or couples some
suitable for families, sitting area included. request king or two double
beds at time of booking.  Max occuancy 4.

Deluxe Mini Suite:Large bedrooms and living rooms with their own entrance coming from the
garden. Brand new bathrooms and kitchenettes with granite counter tops -
dining area - and desk with direct internet access - request a king or two

Deluxe Suite:Units have their own entrance and include a kitchenette - separate living
room - pullout sofa bed - all in the wonderful garden setting.  Max
