approximately 11 miles from Freeport International and 75 miles from La Romana Airport. Set on
26 acres of manicured grounds and bordered by a quarter-mile stretch of white-sand beach, it
is also four miles from Port Lucaya Marketplace & Marina and eight miles from the
International Bazaar & Princess Casino. 

Hotel amenities include equipment and instruction for a variety of water sports including
kayaking, snorkeling, wind surfing, and sailing. A dive center on the premises offers scuba
lessons for all levels and certification. The resort also features an oceanfront swimming
pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and sauna. Organized activities include beach games, water
aerobics, and dance classes. The Viva Kid's Club staff provides educational games, sports, and
entertainment for young guests. Babysitting and laundry services are also available. 

The all-inclusive rate includes all meals, 24-hour snacks, unlimited alcoholic and
nonalcoholic beverages (including international brands, cocktails, and wine), daily
activities, welcome cocktail, special low fat food corner, and tea time. It also includes pool
and beach games with prizes, live music, Caribbean dance classes, dance competition with
prizes, nightly entertainment, yoga and meditation classes, local cooking classes, supervised
